Ne connaissant pas les lieux, à l'ouverture du portail, je me suis renseignée à l'accueil de l'hôtel où j'ai été bien accueillie par un jeune, puis à l'arrivée d'une "responsable" au contact froid, me renseignant avec réticences pour m'indiquer comment me rendre à la résidence... me menaçant d'appeler la fourrière s'il m'arrivait de garer mon véhicule sur le parking du bas durant mon séjour... j'avoue qu'après un vol, récupération bagages compliquée, récupération véhicule inextremiste et se faire accueillir de la sorte j'en étais choquée... Puis...Difficultés à ouvrir le boîtier ... Coupures d'eau récurrentes
