About this bed and breakfast
The charming Casa Verde is located in the quaint old town of Mação. The building dates to nineteenth century and was completely renovated and remodeled in 2018. There is one room with an adjacent bath on the ground floor. The 1st floor holds the common kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs are two other bedrooms with its own bathroom. There are two balconies towards the rear of the building that overlook the neighboring green fields.
The spaces are furnished with a combination of design classics and vintage furniture pieces. Each room in the house has a wonderful feel and an eye for details that should leave you impressed.
The surround areas have plenty of activities such as walking, hiking, and swimming. The ever popular Tagus River pools are only a few kilometers away. Lisbon is 160 km by car (via freeway), Ortiga train station is 4 km from Mação. The Spanish border is 70 km away and to enjoy Nazaré’s beaches, it is 145 km.
