Exceptional upkeep and genuine host care in an immaculate, cosy setting.

The property was maintained fabulously. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into what would make a guest's stay comfortable, and even clearer that the hosts take genuine pride in the apartment itself. All the basic amenities you would want - and even a bit more - are present. The apartment was in immaculate condition and felt very cosy. Communication with the host regarding key collection and check-in/out was clear and seamless.

Pleasant but could be improved

The property was beautiful inside. However I had real difficulty in locating the property and the key. It was by luck that another person was leaving the property and could show me where the key box was. This was extremely annoying after a long day of travelling. I’d also booked the properly because it had a washing machine. I couldn’t find this and messaged the host. To be fair, I’d arrived late and they responded in over an hour or so, but by then it was too late and this has had a knock on effect to my travel plans. Additionally they expect you to empty the bins, strip the bed etc which isn’t clear when you book. Overall I wasn’t pleased but most of this was down to personal feelings about access and laundry. The property itself is furnished nicely. There are nice touches like nespresso pods but no shampoo in the shower.

It was looking clean and not outdated.

Terrible service. The hotel asked me to first pay upfront the cost for one additional person that we asked to stay with us and for the early check in, even though according to the reservation I am not suppose to pay anything before arrival, it says clearly in the reservation that I can pay the extra upon arrival. In the end the person got sick and was not able to come and the H refused to refund the money. Also there is a list of cleaning to be done before departure that is not communicated before you arrive, I would have cancelled. The location is too far and there are no shops around in the evening. The toilet is on the first floor and the bedroom on the second, not very accessible.

We thought it would be a very quiet location, but there was a party outside, went on till 1 am. We could sleep by closing the windows and turning on the fan/ac. It is an early checkout , 10 am, and you have to do more things then average. No toiletties

Everything was very good quality. Lots of amenities and thoughtful touches.

Nothing. We had a toddler with us so needed to rearrange breakables a bit! I think booking.com should have category for toddler friendly places to help with bookings.

Perfect place to explore the area.

It was the perfect location to cycle in the area. We were there for the Amstel gold race and it was not too far to get there. I stayed a few more days exploring the area. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Practical appartment with a really nice decoration that give you an "at home" feeling. It has all what you need; it was clean, cozy, has a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Was a great stay.

clean, updated, hospitality was excellent… wine and other drinks available at no extra charge. Coffee and additions also available. Host was very attentive and always available

Beautiful, but too noisey.

Beautiful room with a nice atmosphere.

The room was way too noisey for me. I could hear the people above our room talking and the people next to us taking a bath. This, for me, takes away the whole experience of staying in a luxe room and was not what I expected. My wife had less problems with this.

Heerlijk genoten in Sittard.

Het appartement heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen, de sfeer, het gebouw, de inrichting en hoe schoon het was. Allemaal top en als ik had gekund was ik graag een nacht langer gebleven. Goed geslapen ook. Normaliter zit ik in hotels en ik ben erg blij dat ik voor deze locatie heb gekozen. Aanrader!

Wifi was net veranderd en ik moest even met de host appen over het juiste wachtwoord. Binnen 2 min antwoord.

Mooi ruim appartement op 1ste etage met trap, waar boven de badkamer en slaapkamers is. Meer dan voldoende badlakens en douche met stortdouche. Kitchenette met mogelijk tot koken. Woonkamer is ruim met hoekbank en luie fauteuil.

Het is een mooi ruim appartement, gezellig ingericht en erg schoon

We waren met vier personen, de badkamer is een openruk te voor een open slaapkamer. Twee personen slapen boeven, twee beneden op een slaapbank. Deze konden dus geen gebruik maken van de douche voor dat de andere personen waren opgestaan….. voor 2 personen is het een buitengewoon goed appartement, als je met vieren bent zal je echt rekening met elkaar moeten houden
