Zeer mooi oud gebouw prachtig en goed ingericht straalt liefde van de maker uit alles zit er in wat je nodig bent voor een verblijf

Apartment was huge. Kitchen had hot-plate, microwave and refrigerator. Good clear directions were sent by e-mail well in advance and accessing the property was simple and efficient.

Apartment was spread over second and third levels. Bedroom and shower were on the third but kitchen, toilet and living area were in the second. This was not convenient for elderly folk making multiple trips to the toilet overnight. TV has multiple audio channels but I could not work out how to watch TV or videos.

It was looking clean and not outdated.

Terrible service. The hotel asked me to first pay upfront the cost for one additional person that we asked to stay with us and for the early check in, even though according to the reservation I am not suppose to pay anything before arrival, it says clearly in the reservation that I can pay the extra upon arrival. In the end the person got sick and was not able to come and the H refused to refund the money. Also there is a list of cleaning to be done before departure that is not communicated before you arrive, I would have cancelled. The location is too far and there are no shops around in the evening. The toilet is on the first floor and the bedroom on the second, not very accessible.
