Amazing location, even we had a very short stay we got everything you need to spend lovely time with family, very friendly team supporting the process, since the pre-check in until the check-out.

I would love if the check-out could be a bit later to be able to enjoy a bit more even on the last day.

Great stay! Clean, well-maintained, comfortable, everything you need is provided in the cabin, staff were helpful and close to nature. Perfect for a weekend away and can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful region and suitable cabins with some setbacks but nice heated pool

The heated pool was great but very crowded. The cabins were nice but were situated very close together. The fresh bread was a nice option for breakfast.

The lack of a shuttle from the campsite into town was a shame. Our mode of transport was bicycle. The campsite being at the top of a big hill made it very tedious to come back after going into town. The lack of items at the shop at the site was disappointing. The cabins would be so perfect if there was somewhere comfortable to sit. The couch was basically a hard bench. The chairs were all outdoor furniture, also quite hard. We also lost electricity during our stay which was surprising that there was no backup generator. Window screens would be helpful so you can keep windows open at night. The hamburger truck was terrible! Overpriced, burnt burgers! 25€?! I returned the inedible burger only for them to make another undercooked AND burnt again! Disgusting! Clearly was a frozen patty cooked by inexperienced people. Disappointing!

La tranquilidad y la belleza del entorno. El confort de las roulettes, con calefacción y todo lo necesario. El trato del personal, muy amable en todo momento. Y hay Wifi gratuito pese a que al hacer la reserva indicaba que no.

Está a unos 15/20 minutos andando de Valkenburg. No es un problema si se alquila una bici o se dispone de vehículo. Por lo demás, todo perfecto, muy buena experiencia!

Unsere bisher schlechteste Unterkunft in der Niederlande

Die Lage und Anlage an sich ist super.

Das kleine Häuschen war schön, jedoch waren sowohl die Bettbezüge als auch die Handtücher nicht sauber/Flecken eklig. Der Backofen war definitiv nur als Mikrowelle nutzbar. Wir waren schon in vielen Unterkünften in der Niederlande und kennen die Mikrowellen /Öfen, bisher haben diese immer gut geklappt. Hier nicht... weder Brötchen noch die Pizza war möglich aufzubacken. Ebenfalls war kein Föhn in der Unterkunft, wir haben das Personal gefragt ob ich meine Haare in der Waschanlage der Camper föhnen könnte, dies wurde verweigert, angeblich wären alle defekt. Für alle Reisende, welche gerne Vakuumbeutel für Bettwäsche oder so verwenden hier auch die Info es gibt weder im Haus noch in der Anlage ein Staubsauger!
