About this house rental
July 4th week OPEN for the first time! June 28- July 5th. Watch the Hampton 4th of July fireworks reflecting off the water from the privacy of the house.
Our home has been lovingly cared for by our family for 4 generations. Growing up in this tight knit beach front neighborhood, has made all of our neighbors family. With the latest generation of our young children proving that this is the perfect place to have fun and explore with your little ones.

This is the perfect home to host you and your extended family. You would be on the water without being surrounded by crowds, crashing waves, burning sand, or the undertow current sweeping you away.
Sit outside on the back deck and watch lobster boats pass by, kayakers paddle around the harbor, kite boarders make waves, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets reflecting off the water.
Relax at our comfortable home where the tide provides very unique experiences. When the tide is out, it's like having a huge flat beach to yourself. Great to explore for seashells, snails, crabs, flying kites, and perfect to build sand castles and play in the sand with our provided beach toys. You can see the different tides in our pictures.
As the water rises, it is fun to build sand castles and try to defend them as the water slowly takes them over.
When the tide is all the way in, the water laps up against the seawall with cool shallow water perfect for little kids as the water isn't too deep. The seawall has two large steps, great to play on, or relax with your toes in the water. Sometimes the water doesn't quite reach the very bottom of the wall which invites you to sit in the sand and watch the drawbridge to raise for sail boats and fishing charters. Rinse off the beach sand and salt water with our custom outdoor surfboard shower.
When Hampton Beach has their weekly fireworks display, you will have an amazing view, with the colorful reflections cast across the harbor.
The Seabrook Beach oceanfront is an easy 10 minute walk away, which has miles of pristine beaches without the crowds of Hampton Beach. If the excitement of Hampton Beach is what you're looking for, a 2 minute drive or a short walk over Hampton bridge will lead you to another beautiful beach with countless shopping and entertainment opportunities.
At the top of the street, you can experience several restaurants, an ice cream shop, charters for deep sea fishing, whale watching or fireworks cruises, a beach market, scooter rentals, a surf shop, and a New Hampshire liquor store.

This house was perfect for my trip! Great views and nice neighborhood. I was able to reach the host anytime and received back any information that I was searching for. The house had everything you would need and then some. I would definitely stay here again! A perfect quiet paradise!

We absolutely love everything about the home and its perfect location! There is something just right for each of us that the home has to offer that is perfect for each member of the family! Relax and enjoy the now of life…and we did!

This beach house was a perfect getaway. It offered everything we wanted. The views were spectacular at sunset and at sunrise. The water was refreshing at high tide and the beach was walkable at low tide. The fishing boats were entertaining, too! It’s a short walk to restaurants, a coffee shop and a variety store. We’d love to return next year!

The property location was very nice. The owners were receptive to our needs. It didn't help that I was sick practically the entire length of the stay (side effects of cancer treatments). However more than one of the family members complained that the mattresses and pillows were overly firm. Also, even though there were fans in the house, the inside temperature of the house was always warmer than the outside, which didn't help my fever of 100 plus each day.
