All carpets in bedrooms were updated in 2022 and second living room and kitchenette now have vinyl flooring.
Seabrook Beach is a wide beach with a good surf that stretches for miles. The beach opening is six houses/300 feet from the house at the top of the street. Within close proximity to the non-commercial Hampton Beach side (of Seabrook Beach), it is a 5 minute beach walk to explore tidal pools, a sea wall, rocks and the calmer water of the bayside.
This home was previously owner occupied for generations. It is clean and well cared for. The first floor unit layout is a perfect vacation spot for families that want both togetherness and privacy. The first floor unit in total has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a modern kitchen, a kitchette and 2 bathrooms. The front section of the first floor unit has a sunny spacious kitchen with brown granite countertops and ocean blue walls. It has stainless steel appliances (including an ice maker), counter seating and a dining table that expands to seat 10. It is adjoined by a sunny and bright living room with a huge picture window. In this section there are 3 spacious bedrooms (two of the 3 have two windows) and a pristine white tiled bathroom with a full tub/shower in this area. One of these bedrooms is off a dedicated hallway which leads to the other section of the first floor unit with a cute kitchenette (everything but an oven and stove), a large informal living room, two additional spacious bedrooms both with two windows, and a bathroom with a shower. There are televisions in each living room and the house is wi-fi equipped. There are ceiling fans in all rooms unit except one bedroom that has a window fan unit.. There is a large back deck/patio with a hard-piped gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating for meals. This rental is only the first floor of the house. The second floor has a small apartment with a separate entrance.
It is an easy walk to restaurants, a ma and pa grocery store and the Hampton Beach Boardwalk (for a morning walk or a nighttime visit to the hatch shell).
It is within driving distance to Strawberry Bank Museum and the Prescott Park Arts Festival and Water Park in Portsmouth NH, The Seacoast Science Center in Rye, Benson Animal Farm in York, and the charming and the historic City of Newburyport, MA with Maudsley State Park and the Firehouse Center for the Arts.

This house is exactly as described. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 kids ages 7 to 17. We had space to be together and space to be apart. The bedrooms were good sizes. Having king size beds for the two couples with us was great. The location was terrific, beach access right down the street. The one and only thing we wished for was air conditioning. There are ceiling fans and window fans and they certainly helped. July in NH can be varied weather and no one but mother nature controls it. The owners certainly care for their house and the people who rent it and make it as comfortable as they can. I would stay here again. Ronna was easy to communicate with and answered texts and calls quickly.

We've spent a full family vacation at this house for 3 beach vacations now and each stay has been fantastic. The house is just down the street from the beach entrance, so it's easy to go and find a good spot on the beach, but still have access to bathrooms etc. We didn't really bother bringing a cooler onto the beach, was easier to either walk back to the house for lunch, or just run back, make sandwiches and bring them back to the beach.
We've been doing full family vacations, with 2 families of 4 and 2 grandparents and the house fits us perfectly. The rooms to the back of the house are perfect for the younger kids to hang out in, the patio area is excellent in the evenings. Plenty of refrigerator space means you can stock up on food and not need to run out and go shopping through the week. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook which is super handy and you don't really need to worry about bringing a full set of utensils pans etc.
Having access to a washer and dryer helps, we came home with all clean clothes, plus we could ensure our swimsuits were clean and dry for the next day. Plenty of parking, in previous years we had 4 cars to park and it wasn't a problem.

My family stayed in this house for 2 weeks this summer. The location is excellent.....only a few houses down from the direct path to the beach. This is our favorite neighborhood in Seabrook. The jetty is right there, where the kids search for sealife. The kids brought bikes, as the roads are safe for children.
The house was really 2 in one...the kids hung out in the back area, where there is a separate living room and kitchen.
The house is very clean and well equipped with everything you need.
We look forward to staying again😎

Great house and a great location! Thanks so much for allowing my family to return to Seabrook Beach for our family vacation. We've been to many beaches from Cape Cod to the Outter Banks and Seabrook beach ranks #1 for us. This home was very spacious for us 4 adults and 4 children. Super clean and provided everything we could ask for and then some. We all had a great time and the weather couldn't have been better for a week at the beach! We know as parents that our kids will remember this vacation for the rest of their lives and that means a lot to us and is a very cool thing for them. Thanks again for your generosity and impeccable attention to detail.
