Five star, Immaculate, four season home in East Falmouth. South of RT 28. 4 bd 3 bath. SLEEPS 8. Close proximity to; Menauhant Beach, Bristol Beach, 1.8miles. Bike Path, Green Pond Boat Launch, the Island Queen Ferry to the Vineyard and Nantucket, Falmouth Heights, Main Street Falmouth and Mashpee Commons. Home has 4 bedrooms; upstairs, 1 king and 2 twins, downstairs; king and queen. The house has 3 baths, Mud Room with laundry. Spacious living room/kitchen area with granite island that seats five; great for entertaining! House has CENTRAL AIR. There's a spacious outdoor patio, table and a grill and outdoor enclosed shower.
Beaches that non-residents can use: Menauhant Beach $15 (has port-o-potty) Surf Drive Beach, $20 (restroom) Old Silver Beach, $20 (restroom) Bristol Beach.
**No bed linens, no pillows or towels provided. Call Auntie Vi's 508-548-4075 to rent all linens. **They deliver and will leave on doorstep** The house also has beach chairs and a beach buggy. Bed comforters and blankets are provided, mattresses have a mattress pad. I supply toilet paper and hand soap in bathrooms.

The house at 3 Lt. Pafford Road is a gem. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood within a 6 minute drive to Bristol Beach. My mother, sister and I stayed for a week, and it is the best cape rental we have stayed in. It was airy, light & bright and very clean. It has central air and the fully functioning kitchen offered all the cookware, dishware, cooking tools and utensils one would need. The outdoor back patio is great with large dining table and grill with built in countertops. The backyard also has an outdoor shower, 2 lounge chairs and privacy & quiet. There is a washer and dryer next to the kitchen. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with the first floor bathroom having a walk in shower, which was necessary for my elderly mother. The beds are very comfortable. We brought our own bed sheets and bath towels, but everything else was provided.The owner Judy was great to work with and she greeted me at the house for check in and provided a tour of the house, showing where everything is located and how to use grill, outdoor shower, etc. We look forward to renting it again.

We had a wonderful week on the cape! This home allowed us the space and comfort to enjoy all our adventures. The house was very clean, well organized so everything was easy to find, and all the essentials were provided. Judy was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and responded to any questions very quickly. We hope to return year after year!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was very clean and updated. We also enjoyed the quick bike ride to the nearest beach. Judy was a great host and provided lots of helpful info prior to our arrival. Thanks for a great experience!
