About this house rental
This well kept duplex offers a large living area/kitchen/dining area/laundry and full bathroom on the first level and 2 bedrooms on the second level. All appliances are newer and everything is in great condition. The cathedral ceilings offer a bright and breezy space with central air. Your sunny, yet shady, patio area comes equipped with a gas BBQ grill as well as privacy barriers. And lastly, the outdoor shower is a lovely way to freshen up after a fun day at the beach. This rental has a minimum stay of 7 days. If you are looking for a full week getaway to the shore with friends and family, then this a perfect place for you!

The space was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly with easy access to both the beach and bay front. The host was gracious and accommodating, especially when I explained I was unaware that sheets/towels were not apart of the rental agreement. She quickly provided them; next time we’ll be aware and order the service ahead of time.

Had a wonderful week here! Has everything you could need, and can’t beat the location- walking distance to the beach, the bay, shops, restaurants, and playgrounds.

This is a cozy bright place. Very comfortable. Just a short walk to the bay and beach. Perfect for some time away.
