- Second bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed
- Third bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children or extra guests
The interior blends warmth and sophistication, featuring a cozy family room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Modern comforts include central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen smart TV in the family room, and an additional streaming TV in the primary bedroom.

Absolutely amazing as advertised place to stay with family and kids. We hosted and dined numerous evenings while grilling in our private outdoor space. Host was extremely accommodating, very communicative and receptive. Many family memories and moments made at this location. Tracey and Tim were fabulous. Great spot in town , everything worked on the property , great location for the beach.

A lovely, immaculate property ideally located in the heart of Lavallette. Within 2 blocks to two nice restaurants and “downtown “ Lavallette. And just around the corner from the best ice cream place in town as well as the best coffee shop. It’s on the beach block (which means kids can go back and forth and not cross a street.) And being only 2 blocks from the bay and a playground gives families with small kids a superb option for safe swimming and play. The house was as advertised with the only caveat being that the 3rd bedroom (with bunk beds) adjoins the living room and the wall between the two doesn’t quite reach the ceiling. Sleeping kids could.be awoken by the rest of the family watching TV or chatting. But that doesn’t really take away from how nice the place is. Lots of space, great private outdoor area, immaculate and quality furnishings throughout. And that quality even extends to kitchen utensils and dinnerware. It’s the first beach house I’ve ever rented where that stuff hadn’t been thrift store dregs!All in all, a highly recommended vacation home, with super nice owners wanting to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. Loved it!

We had an amazing trip in Lavalette! The location is amazing, right near the beach and the town and Tracey and Tim were so accomodating. We had a blast with such a clean, neat space.
