L'appartement est très bien situé entre le lac de Gérardmer et l'office du tourisme et donc tout le centre-ville plus le lac, la piscine, la patinoire et le bowling sont à quelques minutes de marche à pied. Toutes les commodités sont vite accessibles (boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie, hôpital, magasins ...). L'appartement est neuf et très bien agencé. Les lits sont très confortables (y compris le canapé-lit dans le salon), donc il est parfait pour une famille jusqu'à 4 personnes. Chauffage par le sol très agréable, grande salle de bain et des toilettes spacieuses. Équipé de lave-vaisselle et lave-linge - sèche-linge. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et nous ont gentiment accueillis. L'emplacement de parking intérieur assez haut pour une voiture avec coffre de toit mais un peu exigu pour les gros modèles du style SUV.
