The outdoor sitting and area is very nice. The infinity pool was a great addition. The inside living area and dining area are very spacious and accommodate a big group.

Only 3 of the bedrooms have AC. Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement with no AC. The rooms were very hot, humid, musty and are not usable. There was one dehumidifier that was not working. The showers and bathrooms don't have any place to put your towels and toiletries.

Superb

The house was very nice. The pool was great. During our stay of 10 days the pool and the garden were maintained twice without real disturbance to our activities. The outdoors furniture was more than sufficient for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was also very comfortable.

Towards our stay the dishwasher broke-down and yes we had a lot of “mosquito attacks”.

the house has plenty of space, the pool was quite OK, kitchen pretty well equipped, enough parking space in front of the house, easy to close the property and to leave to the beach.

1. very poor quality of service (one of the AC from the bedrooms was not fixed for more than 1 week...this is only one example), it seems that the property (even if it is register as a private house and not a hotel is managed by a service company with totally insufficient resources to cover all the properties they are manage). 2. pictures from booking are very far from the reality (starting with the fact they are promising wood garden furniture ...but we get plastic ones... etc. 3. for the ones that will come in this location: please do very carefully the check-in... you could be in the situation (as we've been) that in the end the administrator to claim different damages (like mosquito nets etc) just to avoid paying back the deposit.. so be very careful. 4. also, be extremely careful asking to know exactly which is the house we will get. In my case, we've got a house with a construction side nearby with a lot of noise during the day and also early in the morning...(pictures are below with the entrance in the property that's showing the construction site).. also, the entrance to the property was dirty and full of construction materials...didn't match with the nice pictures from the site :) 5. related to cleaning, during our stay only 1 change of sheets and towels (for 9 nights)...I believe this is clear not the value I'm expecting as a tourist for the money property was charging...

The pool , the living and the barbeque

No air condition for two rooms that are în the basement where it was extremely hot,internet was very slow and on first floor there is no signal, no second key from the main entrance for a 5 bedroom villa is totaly unacceptable, kitchen is very small , builders that were working at the Villa near by in the same yard with lots of dust and noise, many inconviniences with the opening of the main gate due to the builders that were leaving the gate blocked on manual mode, mould in one of the rooms near the heater, hundreds of mosquitos outside during the evening and night around the pool and on the terraces. Too far from the beach, no stores in the proximity Too much money for what they offer I don't recomand!

-You will need a car to get around, the villa is very secluded -Mosquitoes by the pool at night, bring repellant!

The villa is beautiful, modern and newly furnished with new furniture, including sanitary facilities, and has a clean swimming pool, extremely useful for cooling during the hot days. The conditions are very good and recommend the villa for any family or group of families who want a pleasant holiday, the distance to the beautiful Sani sand beach is about one kilometer away. In the perspective of a new holiday in the area, I will call for a new reservation at this location. Thank you very much to Mrs. Marina for courtesy and for the promptness of resolving the issue of canceling an initial booking and returning the already paid advance.

It would be useful if the villa is occupied by a group of families who may have a different program, the existence of a larger number of keys at the entrance to the villa and the remote controls at the entrance to the yard. Otherwise, everything was great.
