The property is very well done up. The kitchen has everything and more that you will need to be able to cook all your meals. Rooms are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Good location with an easy walk to the promenade. there is a supermarket next to the building. Balconies are spacious. I was also given a late checkout which helped.
Check in was difficult for me. You need to collect the keys from a lock box in location A. The apartment itself is in location B and if you are driving the car park it is in location C. Make sure you collect the Keys AND the remote for the car park from the lock box - its not obvious. This arrangement made my early exchange with the host unfortunately unpleasant.

First of all, Alexander is a great host. He is really kind and helpful. He did a very good job at explaining how to retrieve keys and finding apartment / car parking. Apartment location is just perfect, at a short walking distance to La Concha and old town, but also at a quiet neighborhood.
