About this house rental
Villa Astaria B is a cozy two-story apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Astaria B you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. Villa Astaria B is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), the stop for the SITA bus at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Astaria B walking past a main entrance gate and along a 200-meters (660-feet) walkway that comprises a steep incline and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Astaria B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs, as well as with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: Wi-Fi Internet connection; linens and towels; electricity.Available upon request: baby bed. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 150.00.Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 4.00/m3;check-in after 8 pm EUR 80.00. The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two pull-out twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

View is absolutely spectacular! The apartment is very comfortable with all needed amenities and nicely decorated. There is a nice patio in the back of the apartment also, but we could not pull ourselves away from the view from the terrace. Truly a nice home away from home. Embrace and enjoy!
Lucio [the caretaker] could not have been kinder. Upon arrival, we got in later, did not have time to shop for food, and had no vehicle. Being halfway between Sorrento and Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, he kindly arranged reservations for a dinner in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi at the most fabulous restaurant... Restaurant Lo Stuzzichino. A MUST do. He also helped set up a full day boat trip to Capri -- another must do! Swimming in the Mediterranean around Capri is truly an experience. Lucio is welcoming and very kind with advice and making you feel welcome. Lucio - your place is wonderful! Thank you so much! We loved our stay and you made it even more special with your advice. Thank you!

The location was perfect! We loved Villa Astaria B as our vacation spot. The apartment was spacious and our favorite part of was the terrace. The terrace had views of the water. A great place for sunrises and sunsets!
The local host was very helpful. Great suggestions, answering questions.
Summer In Italy was great to work with. Very helpful. Great communication as we were planning and while traveling. Would definitely use the company again. Very responsive and helpful! We will be back! Five star service and accommodations!
