Location is great, on the main road but no noise. The owner is very friendly and responsive.
The property could use refurbishing to keep up with other properties in the area. The room we slept in could use a new bed and definitely a new shower head as well as looking into the water pressure. Although the price made sense for everything I just think the home could be renovated and I'd be happy to pay more for more modern finishes, new bed, new shower head etc. Unfortunately I doubt I would return under the current state of the property.

It was In the perfect location for our needs at the time.
There was a musty smell in the rooms. I felt the photographs were quite old and the rooms needed some update, and felt grubby.
