Nuestro aparamento familiar es amplio, luminoso y muy tranquilo sin ruidos exteriores donde podra descansar despues de un largo dia visitando la ciudad

El apartamento esta situado a dos minutos andando de la estacion de metro de Legazpi, proximo a la estacion de trenes de Atocha y con facil acceso desde las autovias de acceso a la ciudad. Hay varios supermercados a menos de 5 minutos andando y varios restaurantes y bares donde tomar algo o comer.

El garaje es privado y situado en los bajos del edificio y con acceso directo mediante ascensor

Roomy and bright with all necessities available. Excellent proximity to grocery stores and metro lines. Highly recommended. Balta was excellent at communicating and giving value added information.

This was a very clean apartment, everything worked as it should and there was NO noise from the neighbors. Would stay here again.
