Superb

Heidi from reception was very nice and adviced us with some hiking routes. Nice breakfast. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant - there were two vegetarians options and especally risotto was very good. We were quite early but we were allowed to log in and go to room before official log in time.

Parking lot was crowded during lunch time and It was extremely difficult to get out car there. We were also a bit afraid of leaving our car there.

Exceptional

Very spacious and bright room in a lovely hotel, with a beautiful terrace. We couldn’t ask for more! The breakfast was the best we had for long time, and the dinner was special.

Soggiorno molto piacevole a Trodena. Ottimo servizio. Accoglienti e disponibili i proprietari dell'hotel. La camera molto grande e ben arredata. La colazione bella ricca di dolce e salato. Si può anche cenare in questo hotel e devo dire che i piatti erano squisiti e abbondanti. Un albergo da ritornarci sicuramente.

La cordialità della conduzione (molto gentile e disponibile sig.ra Heidi), lo stato e la pulizia della struttura.

Il cibo. Colazione: basica, nella norma per un 3 stelle anche se non c’era un tempestivo rifornimento dei prodotti esauriti. Cena: un unico menù disponibile con pietanze ‘passabili’ (alcune direi non buone), solo i dolci erano buoni. A mio avviso è necessario proporre sempre almeno 2 pietanze per portata. Inoltre il limite massimo delle ore 19 per accedere alla cena è un po troppo anticipato

Une étape agréable et un esprit familliale chaleureux.

Heidi la patronne, parle l'anglais couramment et nous reçois avec beaucoup de chaleur. La formule avec repas sur place est généreuse et des prix raisonnables. le parking est juste en face de l'hotel.

La petitesse des chambres qui ne permet pas de s'assoir quelque part. Si l'on veut lire ou travailler il faut aller dans le salon bar où l'on vous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

E' un ristorante-bar trasformato in hotel. Di solito un tre stelle in Alto Adige ha maggiori servizi

Per essere in Alto Adige, la colazione è al di sotto delle aspettative. In ogni caso l'ambiente è molto pulito e lo staff gentile e disponibile.

La posizione della camera (secondo piano) era ottima come vista, purtroppo era in corrispondenza a piano terra con la cucina e ovviamente l'odore si avvertiva parecchio. In camera da letto c'era una sola luce, molto forte. Sarebbe stato meglio aggiungere due piccole luci accanto ai comodini, o un abat-jour.
