About this apartment rental

Springtree Suite is located only 3 blocks away from the ferry terminal. Beautifully appointed with contemporary furnishings and amenities, it has an open concept living/dining area with a stunning gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully stock with dishes and cookware so you can enjoy meals at home if you prefer. There is an island in the kitchen area with 4 stools and a separate dining area. The master suite has a California King bed, and the second bedroom with a queen size bed. There is one bathroom with two sinks, a 6 foot soaking bathtub and shower. A large HD TV, I-Pod docking station stereo, DVD player and washer and dryer are included.
Springtree has one private parking space, but because of its location you might consider leaving your car behind and walking on the ferry.
Springtree is steps away from all the conveniences of being in town yet minutes away from enjoying the countryside, beaches, boating, etc.

What a wonderful hidden gem in Friday Harbor. Beautiful high end finishes and very comfortable. We were able to walk the whole town from here and discovered a local favorite sports bar across the street. The rental is exactly as listed and the owner was very helpful and great at communicating.

This is a lovely place and so convenient to downtown Friday Harbor. Everything is in excellent condition (looks brand new), the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc., and the beds are comfortable. It’s like a two-bedroom apartment: spacious and has lots of windows/light. Walk downstairs and out the front door and you’re right in town yet it’s very quiet.

This rental is impeccably.clean and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The owner was responsive to questions and helpful. All the furniture was clean and comfortable. Best of all was the location! Perfectly situated in the heart of the town so we could walk to stores, restaurants, and the ferry. Perfect for 4th of July- the parade goes right by and we could walk to the fireworks. Highly recommend.

David's place was absolutely fantastic. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our babies particularly LOVED the big tub! Bathroom is incredibly well stocked with towels, blow dryer, curling iron, shampoo/conditioner etc.....Location is amazing, walking distance to everything in friday harbor. Kitchen is very well stocked with spices, dishware, even kids stuff! Would highly highly recommend!

My daughter and I came up to the island to do some driveway maintenance on property we own. We chose the Spring Tree Suite as our haven to return to after full days of weeding and clearing. This condo is beautiful, well appointed, and located in the heart of Friday Harbor. We walked to the market, and to the docks for ice cream nightly. David was lovely to work with and was quick with communication and any help we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will use this again when we return in the coming months as we build our vacation house.

Springtree is a beautiful condo in downtown Friday Harbor. It's easily walkable from the ferry but there's also one parking spot if you want to bring your car, like I did. I stayed for over a week to explore the entire island and this was a great home away from home. The condo had everything I needed including a W/D and full sized kitchen which made a longer stay practical. David is an attentive host and he offered suggestions of places to explore. San Juan Island is so beautiful. I'll look forward to another trip and stay at Springtree.

We appreciated the extra help with getting a discounted ferry ticket being from out of state and not understanding the nuances of how the ferry reservation system works very well.

We were very comfortable in this two bedroom, second floor suite in downtown Friday Harbor. We were able to walk around town to restaurants, shopping, and the Whale Museum. The suite was very nice with high end appliances and a big bathroom. The host was very helpful and contacted us to be sure we had what we needed including restaurant recommendations. Thanks!

Friday Harbor was a new getaway for Grandma, my son, and I. What a welcome we received at Spring tree Suite! David communicated clearly, provided a delightful and cozy apartment, super clean and with everything we needed for an Autumn retreat. Driving from Anacortes we found the parking spot essential, allowing us to tour the island one day, while the location made walking town a breeze. Will definitely stay again if I'm Friday Harbor another weekend.

We recently took my father-in-law to Friday Harbor to reminisce about trips taken with his recently deceased wife. We had an exceptional trip. Weather was unbelievable! David was an excellent host - responded immediately to any questions! Space was beautifully decorated and in perfect location. Ability to walk to just about everything in the downtown core. Parking was convenient. Beds extremely comfortable. Should be noted that apartment is on the second floor.....pretty substantial stairway to living space. Fortunately 85 year old FIL is fairly mobile. Definitely would stay here again!!
