The apartment:
The DELICIOUS apartment in Sitges is on a third floor with lift of a modern apartment building. The open plan lounge and dining area, bright and airy, is decorated in calm neutral colors, making it a great space for relaxing. It has a comfortable sofa, an arm chair for extra sitting space, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.



There is an elegant dining table with seating for 4 guests.



The feature that really attracts the attention at the lounge area is a huge mural painted on the wall behind the sofa that represents a beautiful view of the Sitges coastline from the Mediterranean Sea.



From the lounge, large double glazed sliding doors lead on to the large terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dinning. It also offers relaxing views over the rooftop terraces of Sitges.



The terrace is equipped with a large awning providing both, shade and privacy when necessary.



The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.



The spacious and elegant master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe space.



There is a second bedroom with 2 a bunk bed so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.



All matresses are made of memory foam/viscoelastic material and are 30cms thick.



The bathroom has been refurbished in the spring of 2022 with a large walk-in shower for the comfort of our guests. Also it has a hand basin and WC.



For our guests convenience the apartment is equipped with two AC units, one in the living and the other one in the master bedroom, enough to cool down the whole apartment if you keep all windows closed. Internet free wifi is also available.

This property has video surveillance elements. These elements are only operational when the property is uninhabited (periods without reservations) in order to avoid theft and occupation. The devices can also be disabled by the guests by closing the optical lens.



Finally, all guests staying at the DELICIOUS apartment will be able to enjoy the communal pool at the back of the building. There is also a private parking space in the basement of the building available at no extra cost.

All pools are available to swim from June to September, both included. If you plan to visit us outside this period of time and having access to a pool is a must for you, please, contact us before confirming your booking to double check that the pool of your choice is ready to be used. Some pools are closed during the cooler months for maintenance works.

The fantastic DELICIOUS apartment is located just minutes from the beach and the centre of Sitges with lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from.



Train station is only a short stroll away, giving our guests the option of exploring the amazing city of Barcelona, just a short train ride away.

Pets, parties and smoking NOT allowed.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
