Good value for money. A lot of restaurants and shopping just outside the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Close to public transportation. We will be back next year!! 😃

It is a cheap stay, so don't expect to check in to Hotel Hilton!! A bit noisy at night because of the bar below and sirens because of the medical center next door.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The room rate that I was given was quite fair.

The entire way from the underground parking lot to the actual room feels a bit shady, you can tell that homeless people try to sleep there. As a woman I felt as if I needed to look over my shoulder from time to time, not because anyone else was there but because the overall environment didn't feel or seem safe. Near the entrance of the underground parking lot, there are special lots for women. I suppose so they can exit fast in case of danger. I would have actually liked to be assigned one. Once I entered the room, which looked quite outdated, the WiFi didn't seem to be working. However, the receptionist happily brought me a new code. I'm personally not so fond of this particular system as you can only connect one device to it. You will require a code for each new device. The codes also expire after a day or so. The room itself was clean but it had some defects. Not all of the bedside lamps seemed to be working, the curtains didn't seem to be clean and I noticed some cracks in the mirrors near the bed, if I recall correctly. You can notice that the overall interior is quite worn out. During my stay, the usual receptionist floor was inaccessible due to renovations, so hopefully the entire hotel will get a proper update. Even though my reservation was quite cheap, I didn't like the general atmosphere in the hotel. I found it a bit eerie which impacted my experience the most.
