About this house rental

The villa is in the town of Soustons Plage against the marine lake and 5 min walk from Vieux Boucau center. Near greenways, it is possible to discover the surroundings by bicycle. The villa is well equipped and is available year round. We provide you with bicycles for adults and children, children's games, baby equipment. The villa has an internet connection and TV (with DVD player). The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer and a refrigerator with freezer. You can use the griddle in the garden and relax on sun loungers.

we enjoyed staying there - especially the bikes take you to the fantastic beach in a couple of minutes! Simply great! :-)

"Villa is quite well located: 10 mins walk to the city-centre of Vieux Boucau and 2 mins to the lake Marin. The sea-beach is a little farder (30 mins walk) due to having to go round the lake. The place is quiet but some traffic-noise may disturb the atmosphere in the garden. Villa is completely equipped and we didnt miss anything during the stay. Very good relationship with owners (regards Fabrice and Cecilé). Villa muy bien ubicada: 10 min a pie al centro de Vieux Boucau y a 2 min del lago Marin. La playa marítima queda un poco a desmano para ir a pie (unos 25 min) debido a que hay que rodear el lago Marin. Zona tranquila, aunque con cierto ruido de tráfico que se percibe desde la zona del jardín/terraza. Casa muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario a disposición de los inquilinos: no echamos nada en falta. Trato excelente por parte de los propietarios."
