Lage war optimal. Zentrum und Strandbad waren leicht erreichbar.
Die Stiege zu den Schlafzimmern ist extrem steil und schmal. Für Kinder und ältere Leute gefährlich. Keine Rauchmelder in der Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss sind im Sommer sehr heiß und können nicht gekühlt werden.

Sehr groß, viel Platz, Küche gut ausgestattet, riesiger Kühlschrank, Parkplatz in der Einfahrt, ruhig, großes Bad im 1. Stock, riesiges Wohnzimmer
Jalousien an den Fenstern in der Küche und Wohnzimmer teilweise kaputt; Fenster oben im großen Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht gut schließen.
