La situation géographique.
L'ascenseur.
La machine à laver.
La TV.
Le grand canapé électrique.
La salle de bain est très petite.
Heureusement qu'il y avait un ventilateur car l'appartement garde la chaleur et on ne peut pas faire de courant d'air.
Mauvaise literie (surmatelas).
Les oreillers sont de très mauvaise qualité.
Le lit est coincé entre trois murs donc l'accès à la fenêtre est compliqué.
Les lampes de chevet sont de simples gadgets.
Pas de prises dans la chambre.

Das Einchecken erfolgte mit Anweisung für die Code-Eingaben und funktionierte problemlos.
Das Apartment ist neu und mit viel Liebe wohnlich eingerichtet. Allerdings ist die Größe maximal für 2 Erwachsene geeignet. Es liegt fußläufig zur Esplanade in einer kleinen Seitengasse.
Das Doppelbett ist so angeordnet, dass man nur von einer Seite Zugang hat. Die andere Seite grenzt direkt an das Fenster und die Enden direkt an die Wände.

Apartmán má skvělou lokalitu přímo v centru města Gmunden. Blízko dostupné obchody i jezero Traunsee.
Apartmán je prakticky vybavený, čistý, útulný, vhodnější pro pár nebo jednotlivce- pro rodinu s dětmi méně prostoru. Výtah v domě, přístup na kódy bezproblémový. Blízko pláže jezera, lanovky aj.
Apartmán nově zařízen, doporučuji dovybavit kuchyň o prkénko, větší nádoba ( džbán ) na čaj.
Pro horké letní dny, jako byly v červnu bude nutná klimatizace, okno nestačí odvětrat horko, větrák nestačí.
Parkování v ulice není vždy bez problémů, ale to mohou majitelé těžko ovlivnit.
