The fact that I had my own entrance and exit.
Safe inside parking for my vehicle
The heater in the room to chase the Autum cold away
walls are not insulated so you hear the other guest conversations and late night /early morning hours music.
The bed was not as firm as I prefer ,but it was not bad.

The B&B is in a quiet area and very close to the shops. Is it also not very far from Mall @ Reds. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. Boika who is the caretaker is very sweet, welcoming and goes over and beyond to ensure the guests are happy.
One of the rooms we booked was outside, the guests' recommendation was that the owner can maybe add a small gate for easy access to the laundry room instead of having to through the house.
