A lovely farmhouse in Loctudy

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely farmhouse in Loctudy. While this is a very quiet location, it is just a short walk to a wonderful beach, as well as bistros. Be aware that like many rentals in France, linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels) are not provided. This was not a problem for us as we were visiting family that lived nearby. The owner, a retired physics professor, lives nearby and was wonderful to us. We would definitely consider returning.

Nous connaissions cette location ainsi que le second gîte de Mr et Mme L.T., pour y avoir déjà séjourné par le passé lors de notre traditionnelle sortie annuelle entre amis. Nous avons retrouvé tout ce qui nous avait bien plu précédemment : accueil très chaleureux, bons conseils culinaires des propriétaires (ah, qu'elles sont délicieuses les langoustines de Loctudy...), charme et tranquillité du lieu, gîte très propre, confortable et fonctionnel, environnement agréable, belle plage à proximité. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour pouvoir rayonner facilement : belles ballades le long de la mer et sur les sentiers côtiers environnants. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ces super vacances sous le soleil du Finistère Sud. Location à conseiller sans hésitation.

Nous avons apprécié l'installation du nouveau parasol plus grand, le nouvel écran de télévision pour les enfants par temps maussade... Ainsi que le nouveau lit à l'étage. Il est toujours très agréable de nous retrouver en famille dans cette longère bretonne chaque année. Nous serons bien sûr présents l'année prochaine pour un séjour vivifiant !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et le plaisir est toujours le même. Cette location est idéale avec des enfants (équipement, propreté, espace, proximité de la mer). Le terrain est maintenant complètement clos ce qui est sécurisant avec des enfants en bas âge. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse toujours préoccupés par le bien être de leurs hôtes et très réactifs au moindre problème (notre grille pain tombé en panne à été remplacé dès le lendemain ). Nous reviendrons dans cette location avec beaucoup de plaisir dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Cette maison de pêcheur est très bien située, à deux pas de la plage. Elle est très conviviale, fort bien entretenue et très confortable. C'est une maison de vacance très fonctionnelle, équipée de tout l'électroménager moderne. Elle correspond tout à fait au descriptif de l’annonce. La région est magnifique avec ses très belles plages et ses sites exceptionnels. Les propriétaire sont très sympathique: accueil chaleureux et conseils judicieux. Notre séjour dans ce gîte s'est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions. Nous y reviendrons certainement. C’est une location à conseiller à tout point de vue.

Nous avons loué cette maison une semaine avec nos trois enfants. La maison est bien équipée. Les chambres mériteraient d'être cependant refaites (électricité obsolète et déco surannée). Mais le plus embêtant est le fait de devoir partager la cour avec une maison mitoyenne également louée (ce n'est pas expliqué dans l'annonce). Aucun claustra ne sépare les deux tables de jardin. Ce qui fait que vous déjeunez à 10 mètres de vos voisins. Avec vue sur leur voiture. Pas vraiment intime. De plus, quotidiennement le terrain est traversé par les propriétaires, leurs enfants ou même leurs amis....en laissant les portails ouverts derrière eux. Ce qui en plus de l'intimité perturbe la sécurité pour les enfants.

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette location en famille mon mari et moi, notre fils et sa femme et un bébé de 20 mois. Je dois dire que cette location est idéale pour cette configuration. La plage est toute proche, très agréable et sans danger pour des enfants en bas âge (haute mer ou basse mer). L'équipement est parfait, les appareils ménagers en excellent état. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles pour le moindre souci. La cour est partagée entre les 2 gites mitoyens, mais cela ne pose aucun souci, l'espace est assez grand pour que chacun trouve sa place. L'environnement est très calme et paisible, nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.
