About this house rental
Facing South, our bungalow can accommodate 6 people.
On a plot of 500m2, it has an open garden but lined with hedges.
It is located in a very quiet area "2 steps" from the family beach of Ezer in Loctudy and Lesconil between Lodonnec: relaxation and rest assured!
Comprising living room of 45m2 with a kitchen:
electric oven, gas hob, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, microwave combination oven and forced air
A seating area avec2 sofas and TV 103cm
A Bbox for internet access.
3 rooms:
1 bedroom with a bed of 160
1 bedroom with a bed of 140
1 room with 2 beds 90
Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival.
1 shower room with wc
Iron and ironing board.
Washing machine and dryer
Outside, a wooden terrace with an awning.
Garden furniture
4 deck chairs
1 barbecue weber
3 bikes are also available.
The village of Loctudy is 3 kilometers.
You will find the fishing port, local shops and a supermarket.
Loctudy offers a watersports center.
Throughout the summer, activities are proposed by the various associations of the town, and by the Office of Tourism: walks, beach volleyball tournament, marine supper, fireworks ...
You will enjoy the sweetness of Loctudy and can organize many day trips (Pont l'Abbé, Quimper, Locronan, Concarneau, Pont Aven, Pointe du Raz)

The location and house was great for our short holiday in Loctudy. The owner wasvery friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again, and recommend it!
(The only thing disappointing was the weather, but there are still enough things to do in the area to make up for it.)

The property was spacious and well equipped, with a large garden. It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Isabelle was at the house when we arrived and provided a welcome pack. The house is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach which was deserted most of the time. There is a creperie and a restaurant about 6 or 7 minutes from the house. To get to the port, I would suggest driving.
If you want solitude this is the place to go.

Loctudy is a lovely quiet location with good beach and great restaurants especially for seafood. Good also for visits to Pont l’Abbe. Quimper and Pointe du Raz.

My partner and I stayed for a week in June and absolutely loved the house and the location (a 5 minute walk from the beach).
The house was spacious, beautifully clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the pretty garden had cool corners to sit when the sun was too hot. The owner, Isabelle was helpful and welcoming and we particularly enjoyed the delicious Far Breton that she had prepared for us. We didn't take advantage of the bicycles, but maybe will on a further visit!
We can thoroughly recommend the house and the Loctudy area.
