About this apartment rental
THE DUPLEX:
This duplex is located 400 feet from one of the best launches in La Ventana (in front of Playa Central Kiting School and restaurant/bar.) .
Both units are 900 sq. ft, and a large open floor plan combines the kitchen, living room and dining room. Enjoy creating menus in fully equipped kitchens with an attached patio for BBQ and dining. We invite people of both units to ascend the Talavera staircases to the rooftop to sip your morning coffee and watch the colorful light of the morning sky while the sun seemingly rises out of the depths of the Sea of Cortes. At the end of the day, enjoy a margarita on the rooftop while feeling the heat of the setting sun sinking behind the mountains of the Cardon Desert. There is a special dusk-time, and then the sky changes, star by star, into the dark and brilliant Baja sky. From the unobstructed roof top of the building it feels like you can touch the stars. The rooftop views give you a 360 degree view of Cerralvo Island, La Ventana Bay, La Ventana Village, and the desert mountains to the west.
We have air conditioning for your comfort, if needed. There is a 55" flat screen TV with satellite reception with all major networks, sports channels, AMC and HBO for your entertainment. We also have a diverse library of books. We are please to now offer fast internet. For your peace of mind, both units have safes. We provide beach towels, chairs and blankets. Our guests are welcome to use our two Slingshot SUP's, snorkel gear and a Bocci Ball set to play during the day and/or night. You have your own secure bodega to store your gear and your toys. There is also a private outdoor shower between the bodegas so you can rinse the beach off of your wet suit.
THE DOWNSTAIRS UNIT:
The downstairs unit can sleep four people. There is a private bedroom, with a Queen size mattress, with a large closet and a safe for your valuables. A Queen Murphy bed is nestled into a beautiful handmade armoire located in the corner of the living room. You can choose to enjoy showering in a private in-door shower in the bathroom or a private outdoor shower shaded by the canopy of a Morenga tree. For your convenience, your unit is provided with a secure bodega (locker) for your gear, extra luggage, and toys. We have an additional private outdoor shower between the two bodegas so you can rinse the sun and beach off your wet suit. We provide beach towels, blankets and chairs. For fun we have a Bocci ball set that you can play during the day or night, snorkel gear and two SUP's. We have yoga mats and noodles. We also provide secure parking for one car for each apartment.
Please note theres a 20 dollar fee per night for the third and fourth person with four being the max allowable . Price includes taxes.
