About this villa rental
The villa is in an exceptional, dreamlike location on the island of Aegina, right by the turquoise waters of the sea, and offers sea views from every room. It also offers a very large pool.
Its very bright, airy, and luxurious atmosphere and large spaces make it unforgettable for all the guests who have stayed with us. Furnished with high-quality materials and equipment, it makes stays exceedingly comfortable, providing both pool and sea at any given moment, and a very relaxing indoor space and terrace.
It is perfect for a family holiday, a small group of friends, or a romantic getaway. The main bedroom is built in the philosophy of a private suite, with an ensuite marble bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Fully equipped with towels, fresh linen, and everything you might need to cook.
Please note that the villa is in a compound with one more villa, and the pool is shared. Other than the pool area, you have total privacy, and expansive spaces to yourself. Usually the next-door villa is occupied in July and August only.
Located in the Agii area ('Αγιοι), at the northern tip of the island.
8km from the main port of Aegina, and 2km from Souvala.
Public transportation on the island is not reliable; you need a car or scooter to move around, or moped.
The neighborhood is quiet, with a super market and a few restaurants nearby in Souvala, as well as ATM, and other small shops. Nearby, there is the ancient temple of Aphaia - a great arcaheological site.
You can swim anywhere around the house; it is very safe. I advise to bring plastic waterproof shoes because of the rocky terrain before you enter the water.

We have only good things to say about the house, the location and not least the service we received from the landlord. The house has a fantastic location that exceeded the impression you get from the photos. From the house it is a perfect view of the sea and the mainland. The house is very well equipped with AC in all rooms (and two in the kitchen/family room). The kitchen is very well equipped and shows that the owner of the house also uses the house. The house was made perfectly clean. It is a very large swimming pool which we particularly appreciated during the hot period we were there. Finally, we must emphasize the very welcoming and helpful service we received from the landlord. We felt very welcome and the landlord was very patient in relation to the many questions we had also about other than the house itself.

Words cannot describe how beautiful the scenery is on this property! The views of the sea are more than 180 degrees! The sunsets are AMAZING and the salt water pool is huge and fabulous. I have never floated like that in my life, it’s was sooooo relaxing! We were in Aegina for a wedding and it was like something out of a movie! We hope to return someday soon!

Loved the roominess of the house along with the extremely large pool to enjoy. Walking through the exterior gate to access the finest cove along the coastline was magical. Crystal clear water was so rejuvenating. Peaceful, quiet, private and spacious. Perfect for our family of 6.
