Great location. Clean and convenient.
No bedding or pillows for the futon when it was booked for 3 people. Obviously, someone was going to sleep there, yet no sheets, blanket or pillow. Only towels for two… when once again, booked for 3… doesn’t make sense. Having those necessities shouldn’t warrant a special request.

It was very close to be able to walk to town. It was very clean and we liked the tiny house experience.
On a Friday night, it is very loud due to the bar that is right across the street. If you are a light sleeper, that may be a problem. Also, if you are not younger or an agile climber, the upstairs loft would be unaccessible to you.

Loved the location to downtown Leadville, Turquoise Lake and College.
The couch in the photo is different than what was there. I understand replacing furniture but it wasn't the most comfortable especially since it's considered the 2nd bed. They needed a shower floor towel and hand towel. They only provided 3 shower towels.

I understand its not the same as a airbnb or hotel but check in is strictly 3-3:05. In a RV lot. Idk! Just different and may not be for me IF i brought my family to
