Great location, could walk right to downtown Leadville.
At our tiny house the front door had a crazy draft! Upstairs where the bed was stayed warm, though.

Very cute unit. Nice shower and kitchen area. Nice TV viewing area.
Granted, I had a couple of drinks, but I could not climb up the ladder to the loft. I was too scared. My husband slept in loft, I slept on couch. In the morning, I did manage to get up the ladder to the loft. So, dont drink and climb. :)

Relatively inexpensive for 3 persons and close to Ski Cooper.
Door code was superfluous since door was unlocked and door lock NEVER 'worked' and could NOT be locked when exiting. The main lights did NOT work. There was NOT enough bedding, ie. sheets and duvets. Only one saucepan, not enough.
