About this villa rental
You will arrive from the top of the house in a quiet dead end where you will find your parking for 2 cars.
The house Carrer Rubens is part of a group of ten houses overlooking a large park sloping to a small wadi quite dry in summer!
You arrive in the large living room by the mezzanine and its wide view of the bay of Rosas. This living room opens fully onto the terrace facing the sea.
The American kitchen with bar is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, slicer, Nespresso, hood, fridge ...)
On the lower floor: 3 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and toilet, sea view;
two other bedrooms, one with sea view and terrace also. Attached to his two bedrooms another bathroom with toilet.
Then the private pool salt (5 mx 4m) very nice to dive back from the beach or in the afternoon when a blow of laziness prevents you from going down to the beach.
This one is of fine white sand. It goes down gently towards the open sea. It is suitable for small children especially as it is supervised.
Its access on foot is fast (5 minutes) but with about fifty steps.
Independent air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.
Wi Fi and all modern comforts (television, stereo, blinds ...)
Small pets are accepted at no extra cost.
I ask you to be kind enough to leave a clean house. The household, if you wish, is made by a company from Rosas that comes on demand (an average of 100 €). A phone call is enough.
I promise to do my best to make you feel at home and have a great holiday.
PS: The maintenance of the pool is provided by a company. For you no problem.

Huis was conform de beschrijving. We zijn ontvangen door de eigenaresse en zij heeft ons het hele huis rondgeleid. Dag 2 bleek dat de vaatwasser kapot was, de volgende dag werd er al een nieuwe geïnstalleerd. Kortom erg tevreden over huis en de eigenaresse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très accueillante, calme et bien située (notamment à 5 min à pied de la plage). Accueil parfait : Evelyne est sympathique et très réactive pour répondre à toutes nos questions.

We spent over two weeks at this house with four (4) people.
After getting used to the set up of the house, the bedrooms are below the living room, we enjoyed our stay very much.
Nicely located above the hustle and bustle of the road and the access to the beach it was a quiet place but still close to the action.
