De ruimte, de netheid, zwembadje om af te koelen. Zonnescherm, rolluiken en airco zorgen voor verkoeling en schaduw op het terras. Er zit ook nog een zijtuin bij met nieuwe bbq. Hond toegestaan.
Prijs iets te hoog voor buiten het seizoen. Ik kan me voorstellen dat met buren de privacy iets minder is. (Wij in huisje 4)
