Perfect for couples looking to enjoy the Tampa/St. Pete area but in the comfort and serenity of a 2 acres oasis set on beautiful lake. This 600 square foot studio-style cottage has a bright sitting room that opens into a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker. Bedroom with flat screen tv with HBO and more. Enjoy cocktails on the lakefront gazebo at sunset. Relax in the lakefront hammock or kayak from one lake to another.

We recently stayed at the cottage that met our basic needs. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Frank, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed.The lake was beautiful, and we loved enjoying our morning coffee on the dock. However, we found the outdoor sitting area inaccessible due to the dirtiness of the furniture, which was disappointing as we would have liked to relax there.It's worth noting that the cottage is located on the owner's property, which may be a consideration for some. My biggest concern was the sulfa in the water, definitely bring bottled water if you decide to rent this property. Overall, it was a standard stay with some highlights and a few drawbacks.

Be aware that this rental is a cottage on the homeowners property. The owners were very respectful regarding our privacy. The shower head has absolutely no pressure and the well water is a bit smelly. Everything else was great. Loved sitting out on the dock at night having a cocktail. Overall, far better than staying in a hotel.

Cute cottage, wonderful lake and dock. Cottage needed a good cleaning and the door lock was broken. Quiet neighborhood.
