One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! Food was incredible, yoga deck for personal practice was beautiful and the natural swimming pool and view is breathtaking in the morning! I found the staff to be friendly, a group of younger friends running it so it’s casual but I liked this.
I think it could feel cleaner, I had a private bathroom but it was used by other people and was not clean on arrival or cleaned daily. Also, wasn’t a problem but it’s still under renovation so there are a lot of workmen around.

The location, the ambiance and the overall thought given behind the making of the property.
Not a con in particular, but as the property is very close to a wildlife reserve you will get to see and interact with bugs, spiders and other parts of ecosystem. So you are not big of a wildlife nerd opt for their tent option.

Great vibes at happy lemon tree lodge. Dharmik looked after us and was really accommodating. We ended up staying an extra day. They also organised our safari in Chitwan on short notice with a very experienced guide for a really great price as well (we compared prices with two other companies). Thanks for everything.
They’re still building some of the place out and have some repairs to do on the waterfront tree house. Will all be incredible once it’s done.
