Latitude Adjustment is a 1600 Sq. foot home overlooking the Biloxi River. Covered boat lift will accommodate a 36 foot boat with deep water docking. 75 feet of waterfront along the river. 7 miles from Hwy 90 and the Gulf of Mexico. Covered parking for at least 2 cars/trucks. 65 inch TV in living room with free WIFi.TV's in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size sleep number bed. 2 full size beds in 2nd bedroom. 1 full size bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs.
Bring your own boat. Public launch nearby. Trailer parking available on site.
This location is perfect for Cruising the Coast, Fishing, Close to Casino's.

This was a "working getaway" for my wife and I. When we arrived at the property is was clean, well maintained, and overall exceeded our expectations. The river was great! We paddle boarded every morning, and most affernoons (pro-tip: there is a daiquiri bar about a 10 minute paddle up the river). Work was a breeze, while sitting in the river breeze working from either deck. In the evenings we ventured to Biloxi, Gulfport, and Ocean Springs; all close enough to enjoy easily. The food to be had local was excellent. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. My wife and I like to travel with our pets, and this was not an issues and approved in a few minutes through a couple of messages. They also called to check on our stay at various times to ensure we had everything required and that there were no issues.Overall, a 5-star stay for sure!
