Fantastic apartment enjoying a prime location on Mundesley seafront with a balcony overlooking the sea and a 30 second walk from the fabulous award winning sandy beach. Featuring vaulted ceilings, lounge with kitchen area, double bedroom, family bathroom, sofa bed in the lounge, wifi, smart TV and private parking. The bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as either a twin or double room, and we can also provide a travel cot and high chair. kitchen area situated at the end of the lounge with dining table seating 4, electric oven, gas hob, integratated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and integrated washer/dryer. Family bathroom with over bath shower and balcony overlooking the sea. All set in a lovely seaside village offering great services.

Literally over looking a lovely beach for walks and blowing away the cobwebs. The host is very responsive to messages and helps with any queries. Apartment is well equipped and decorated. Comfy sofa bed (huge) and balcony to sit on and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Would recommend

Second time we have had a 3 day break at this apartment and I can say unreservedly that this apartment is first class. Matt who runs everything is so friendly and helpful The location is amazing if you want to be by one of the best beaches in North Norfolk. It's vibrant in the summer during the day, but just about shuts down after 8pm. So don t go planning clubbing 😉 Great apatment and a lovely location if you are looking for a quite break and a base to explore everything else the area has to offer I don't have a dog, but if you do everywhere is very dog friendly Highly recommended if what I have said floats your boat

The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable and was perfect for our stay, being just yards from the lovely beach. Communication with Matt was excellent throughout and we felt at home. The balcony with views of the sea is a super bonus - especially as we were so lucky with the weather. Mundersley is a pretty place but we were slightly disappointed that some eateries were closed and others had restricted opening hours. Nonetheless, we had a great weekend in an excellent property and would recommend the apartment to others.

The flat was very nicely situated and we actually had breakfast on the balcony 2 mornings as a real sun trap. Can’t believe this in April. It was early in season and not many places to eat. Walked 2 hours along the beautiful beach every day. Bed and pillows too hard for us so didn’t sleep great. Would definitely stay again and maybe when there a few more people about. Plenty of nearby places to visit if you have a car and a lovely steam train ride from Holt.

Matt, was in constant communication before, during and after to make sure we have the perfect weekend away. The place is perfect for a short break and highly recommend this apartment. The view is great, within walking distance of all amenities. The allocated parking, albeit to some can be insignificant but it really was a deal breaker for us. We will be booking again soon and recommend this place highly!

The apartment was very bright and we had sun until mid afternoon. We never needed the heating even in October.Great view to the sea and well positioned for all amenities. Matt is very generous with household supplies. Beds were comfy and linen was good quality. Would definitely book again.

A clean and comfortable apartment. Everything went smoothly and no problems. Despite the generally bad weather we still saw the sun come up over the sea and pub opposite the balcony one morning. The balcony is a great sun trap.

We wanted a quiet break away from hustle and bustle, and that's exactly what we got. Matt, the owner was extremely accommodating when our original travel plans were curtailed by government restrictions so we rebooked unaware that it would be half term. This didn't upset our plans too much as we were interested in walking and there are a number of really nice walks in the area. The pubs and restaurants were busy because of half term so if visiting in the school holidays booking places to eat is essential. However, there are takeaways and the apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped if you do need to cook any meals.
