Apartament with 2 rooms-open-space,private terrace, 2 pools,near sea.

The complex Corabia Piratilor was a lovely peaceful haven in a heavily built up surrounding area. The grass and flower beds around the 8 ‘vilas’ in the complex are well tended making it a pleasant green space where children can play. My teenage son and I stayed in a first floor apartment in the ‘Protocoll’ Vila which was away from the main road overlooking the swimming pool. (A couple of the vilas which are right beside the main road would be quite noisy.) The apartment we were in had a good sized bedroom with a large wardrobe, king size bed and air conditioning, a spacious hall area, bathroom with a good shower and a living/dining room with a large sofa bed, table and chairs and a fridge, sink and microwave. There was crockery and cutlery for 2 people and a Pyrex casserole dish with lid- fairly minimal for self catering but it worked for us. The accommodation is basic but spotlessly clean, comfortable and practical. The complex is very pleasant with a children’s play area, lovely pool and barbecue equipment to borrow. The location is good for the beach - a 5 minute walk across the road (where there is a pedestrian crossing) and through the campsite straight onto the beach. There are a couple of very nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk (La Scioca and Hanul cu Peste) as well as a couple of well stocked supermarkets. Vicentiu was a very friendly and helpful host replying promptly to queries before we travelled and while we were there. Definitely recommend for families

Foto's op website komen niet helemaal overeen. Dat is een mengeling van meerdere appartementen. Mensen zijn enorm vriendelijk, ontbijt is goed. Ligging t.o.v. strand is prima. Wel gehorig langs een drukke doorgaande weg.
