ALEXYS TOP RESIDENCE

The property is spotless! We wanted to have a safe accommodation considering the present circumstances and we couldn’t have found a better one. The house is equipped with everything you need, the host thought of every single detail to ensure all the possible comfort. In the yard you can find a large table with an umbrella that can fit up to 8 guests, a barbecue which had all the necessary equipment for grilling, a hand sanitizer at the entrance and a place where you could wash off the sand when you come from the beach. The house is nicely decorated with a minimalist touch, all the surfaces were sparkling clean and you could find everything that you needed in the kitchen (coffee machine, ice machine, microwave, toaster, electric oven, cutlery and dishes, etc). All the rooms have air conditioning and the master bedroom had also a balcony and en-suite bath. When we arrived the fridge was stuffed with drinks (beer, wine, water) a fruit basket and some sweets, as a welcoming gift, which was a very smooth touch and gave us the impression of high end accommodations! I strongly recommend!

The distance from the house to the beach is approx. 500 m, a 10-12 min walk, which can be a bit of a downside for families traveling with babies, since the road is still under construction, with a lot of dust. Nevertheless, this was an aspect that we knew about, since the host told us right from the beginning.

Spotless clean, all the amenities that you need to cook, wash the dishes or clothes. The common space in the living and the garden is quite generous, to spend time socializing. And the ice machine is just the icing on the cake, so to say.

The vila is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is very spacious, elegant, with high quality furniture and fittings, decorated with style. You can find everything you can think of from hair dryer and iron to ice making machine. The owners were very attentive to all details so the place is like a 5 star hotel. The vila is situated in a quite location, close to two super markets and a ten minute walk to the beach. The owners are very nice and discrete, they welcomed us with cold beer, wine, water, juice and fruits. A place we will definetly go back to.
