The hotel is perfect, I've stayed there many times now. The breakfast is outstanding with probably over 100 different options. The swimming pool is a good size and towels are provided. The room and bed are very comfortable and the bath is spacious.

Everything. The location, the quality of the room, the view from the room, the good (if expensive for Vietnam) breakfast, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the overall value for money.
