The location is 5min walk from La concha beach and 15min from the old town. The apartment is a decent size for 3 persons, equipped with everything you might need. We left our luggage on check out day in the office, and that was a good option.
AC would have been nice, although there was a floor fan.

Zentral gelegene, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit eigenem Parkplatz. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wären in dieser Stadt in diesem schönen Appartement gerne länger geblieben.

Very clean and generally well equipped. Good location, 5 minute walk to Boulevard. 5 minute walk to train station and buses outside door. Equipment was good.
There was only one wine glass and one champagne flute.
