Asya Studio

the location and services

the noisy street (1st floor)

Location is good. Quiet place. Our apartment was facing the yard. Free parking can be found along the main street below, but it takes a lot of luck to find a free space

Payment is not possible online.

It was very easy to collect the key. The host contacted me previosly, asked when I was coming, sent me a video tutorial how to pick up the key. Secondly, the accomodation was very close to the city centre (20 min by foot) and it has free Quality Wi-fi. The accomodation has a washing machine, very important in case you stay longer.

First of all, I consider that the photos uploaded on booking are a bit old, since they do not match the cleanliness in reality, It can be senn that the place has accomodated tourist who didn't took care of the place and maintainance or renovation didn't happen. Secondly, the fact that I couldn't pay by card but only cash, though this thing wasn't mentioned on booking. For me, as a foreigner tavelling for business, implied a limit extraction per day, with high commission when extracting cash and commission on exchange rate. I needed two days for extracting money cash and being converted to RSD by the bank. Secondly, the fact that I was suggested to pay the money from the first days of stay. Thirdly, with a couple of days before the leave, the host announced me that he had an overbooking on the room and suggested I move to another apartment ( it was bigger, but I didn't feel it was right and told the host). In the end, he understood and didn't insisted anymore that I move to the new room.
