From day before arrival, hosts communicated in such a friendly, welcoming and informative manner. Greeted at the car park with fun and smiles, driven to property, which location was absolutely perfect. Town house was immaculately decorated, perfect location with much needed aircon, which more than adequately cooled the entire suite. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower perfect. Overall, can’t recommend enough.

The accommodation was in a fantastic location with easy access to all areas of Monopoli, making it perfect for exploring the town. It was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The terrace was a real sun trap and the perfect place to relax, and the help with finding parking was a real bonus. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli.

Brilliant place in the heart of Monopoli! The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and full of character. The host was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We especially liked the layout, with the bedroom on the first floor, the bathroom on the second, and the kitchen on the third, which gave each space its own privacy. The only small downside is that the stairs are quite squeaky, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Great location right in the old town. Private roof terrace gave a nice option to relax in the sun. Very tastefully renovated.

Only really a few niggles. The kitchen was very sparse. Very basic items and only two wine glasses and two small water glasses? No beer glasses. The very bare minimum provided. No salt and pepper, no oil and vinegar...in Italy...really. A few sachets of body wash....no provision of bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. The terrace was absolutely filthy, covered in pigeon poop. Had to keep sweeping it away....this is a serious health hazard. The rooftop furniture was of poor quality and needs replaced. Just open webbing no cushions and incredibly no sunbeds or anything to lie on. This needs addressed. For the premium rate being charged very disappointed here.
