Bed was good and the room was different as Amsterdam has different architecture and design of home
bathroom needs a plumber with a worm to do a big flush of the down pipes as the bathroom had that rotten drain smell also locks need tightening as one was lose and one was sticky

Clean room. Location decent.
Absurdly steep stairs - 4 flights, essentially a carpeted ladder - almost impossible to hoist even carry-on luggage up. No shampoo, shower soap, or coffee - delivered later after a complaint. No host on hand for arrival or checkout - none of this expected when reading booking information. No older travelers should consider this facility.
