A good apartment hotel for families on human scale

We had a fantastic holiday in this apartment hotel. The beach and the shopping mile are very close to it, the surrounding is very calm yet. We were grateful for the half-shadowed parking slot and the elevator. The manager (Fabiola) is superkind.

This is not critic but improvement ideas: - it would be nice to have wifi in the apartment - we missed little bowls in the kitchen, eg. for cereals and ice-cream - the bathroom could be refurbished

Close to the beach

The greatest advantage of the place is great localisation, very close to the main street full of bars and restaurants and very close to the beach. Free sun loungers included in the price.

The place lacks wi-fi and towels. The walls are very thin, so you can easily hear your neighbour. The bedding was only predicted for the bedroom, but the second bed in the living room was without linens or bedsheet... I am aware that the place for the room is relatively cheap, however, Residenza Viel did not encourage us to visit it ever again.

Great location in close proximity to the beach, well equipped apartment.

Very thin walls (especially at night, you hear everything your neighbours do - adults snoring, children babbling, as well as a plug being plugged in at 6am) unfortunately, an AC doubling as heating system, rather damp bathroom (no fan, only window).

Overall, this accomodation is very nice and I would recomend it to people.

- great location, close to the corso and to the beach, yet you could not hear the noise and commotion from the streets - parking at the property, and had a roof - nice clean apartment - all the necessary tools in the kitchen - friendly and helpful owner - wonderful and clean pool for adults and kids as well

- lack of privacy, because of thin walls we heard all the neighbours (crying babies etc), and the main entrance to the apartment was a glass sliding door from a shared terrace with other guests - there were no opening windows, only sliding doors to the shared balcony/terrace, so we slept with them closed for safety reasons, otherwise anybody could enter the apartment, and the air got quite stuffy (I really like to sleep with open windows, not with the A/C on, it was not hot at night) - the pull-out sofa was quite narrow, really not enough for two adults to share comfortably to sleep on - the towel hangers in the bathroom had huge knobs, so you couldn't use the loop on the towel to hang them, and when just thrown over it they kept slipping of on the ground. same applies for the hangers in the bedroom. - there was no shelf in the bathroom to put stuff on

Úžasné a určitě se sem vrátíme.

Ubytování bylo velice blízko hlavní promenádě a kamkoliv jsme to měli blízko. Ubytování bylo pohodlné, čisté a prostorné (nejvíce se nám líbila koupelna a balkon s výhledem na bazén). parkování ve stínu je velký bonus.

Wi-Fi by v dnešní době mělo být v ceně ;)

Nicht nochmal

Als wir ankamen wurde mir telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass wir durch die „Balkontür“ unseres Zimmers reinkommen können. Nach kurzer Durchsicht des Zimmers fiel sofort auf, dass unter anderem die Betten leider nicht sauber waren und das Zimmer nicht den saubersten Eindruck macht. Die Bettbezüge hatten Flecken und in den beiden Zimmern waren die Böden voller Staub, Dreck und toten Mücken. Außerdem war in der Dusche Schimmel. Als die sehr nette Gastgeberin kam, um uns zu begrüßen, sprachen wir die Sachen an und sie bot uns sofort das Nebenzimmer an. In diesem Zimmer war das Bett optisch in Ordnung. Der Boden war nicht ganz so staubig und die Dusche ohne Schimmel. Als Wiedergutmachung bekamen wir die Handtücher (8€ p. P.) geschenkt. Von der Ausstattung her fehlten leider einige Dinge, wie - Geschirrtücher, - Spülmittel, - Müllbeutel, - Schwämme usw. Die Aussicht war sehr bescheiden, Hinterhof-feeling. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr einfach gehalten. Die „Schlafcouch“ ebenso. Im Schlafzimmer ging der TV leider nicht und im „Wohnzimmer“ lief nur italienisches Programm. Auf Nachfrage meinte die Gastgeberin, dass deutsche Programme empfangen werden können, aber es derzeit leider nicht funktioniert.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Top Lage! Schnell zum Strand gelaufen und der Pool ist sauber und direkt vor der Tür! Die Anlage ist Top gepflegt und es steckt viel Liebe darin! Waren echt begeistert! Die Beliebte Shopping Strasse ist direkt neben an und trotzdem war von der belebten Strasse Abends in der Unterkunft nichts zu hören.

Es könnten mehr Ablage Möglichkeiten im Zimmer sein.
