Superb

Great location. About 1 minute from the street with shops and restaurants, but still completepy quiet neighborhood. 5 mins from beach. Good size of apartment, 2 separate bedrooms were a big plus. Nice, clean pool. We were a big family of 13 people, and with 3 apartments next to each other, we had great time.

Soundproofing could be useful. You could really hear other people.

Very good location, near to the beach and to main street. The appartements have a big balcony and there is a nice and clean pool with many sunbeds.

Good

Very calm place. The beach is 10 minutes walk, and the main-street is 1 min away only. The appartment was on the top-floor in a 3-floor building with an impressive terrace. The swimming pool was very nice and clean.

The air-conditioner didn't work in the bedroom. The terrace was not fully private as the neighbours' entrance was going through it. A lamp was always on at night in the stairs making sleep a little messy in the living-room for our son.

Pleasure for stay with family:-)

Very nice place close to the center and to the beach as well. Apartment was nice, clean and the equipment was sufficient for us (bedding is included in total price, towels are for additional fee). The pool was also very good, being cleaned every day. Housekeeper Fabiola is very kind and helpful woman, speaking english well:-)

just only recurring WiFi connection issues, this should not happen in 21st century I guess..:-) But we definetely did not perceive it as a major problem..:-) Also surroundings (or lets say garden) of an apartment is quite "small" , hardly any playground for children..

Very good location and facilities for families!

Excellent location, very close to the beach and to the center of Bibione! The swimming pool is excelent, the location is perfect for families with children! It has everything you need!

Quite old furniture in the leaving room and bedroom, mattresses can be changed. Kitchen furniture is OK. The refrigerator is very old and make a lot of noise.

Exceptional

Fabiola, our host was very friendly and helpful. The layout of the residenzia with 9 apartmants is comfortable and gives chance for kids or families to get together. The location is close to the avenue, but a little bit far from the beach. The flat was clean and well-equiped. The swimming pool cleaned every day. I recommend to shop in the Winner supermarket and Gioia Cafe- Via Lemene 73.

Parking is challanging.

Toller Familienurlaub

Tolle Lage, tolle Wihnung. Wir waren ganz oben und hatten einen riesigen Balkon. Für Schatten sorgt ein großer Sonnenschirm. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine Klimaanlage, die wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben. Küchenutensilien reichen auf jeden Fall für einfache Gerichte. Einen Backofen gibt es nicht, haben wir allerdings auch nicht vermisst. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle runden das Angebot ab. Eine Waschmaschine gibt's unten im Haus in einem separaten Raum. Den Schlüssel dazu bekommt man ausgehändigt. Trocken kann man auf Wäscheständern, die jede Wohnung standardmäßig hat. Die Besitzerin spricht deutsch und ist sehr sehr nett. Haben direkt noch einen Hochstuhl fürs Kleinkind "geliefert" bekommen.

Parkplätze wie überall in Italien etwas eng, bzw die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz.

Posizione veramente ottima, l’appartamento e la piscina molto puliti, check-in facile e rapido, cordialità e gentilezza nella comunicazione pre e durante il soggiorno.

Mancavano forse giusto un paio di cose in appartamento come ad esempio un posacenere o un paio di forbici, ma per il resto tutto come da descrizione.

Das perfekte Quartier für unseren Urlaub.

Die Lage ist für Familien mit Kindern perfekt. 3 Minuten zum Lunapark, Restaurants um Eck, Strand zwei Querstraßen entfernt, Liegen im vorderen Bereich des Strandes, zwei gepflegte Pools in der Anlage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Sehr gepflegte Apartments.

Es war dem Preis entsprechend sehr schön. Der Pool war sauber und die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung war in Ordnung und die Ausstattung ebenfalls recht gut. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Die Dame vor Ort war freundlich. Die Strandliegen sind nahe am Wasser und sehr gut gelegen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Vergnügungspark und die Einkaufsstraße sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein Safe ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Das Sofa in unserem Zimmer war sehr unbequem, wurde aber nicht benötigt. Als sehr störend haben wir empfunden wie hellhörig das Apartment ist. Man hört Schritte, Schnarchgeräusche, Gespräche und Kastentüren als ob es im selben Apartment wäre. Für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf ist das auf jeden Fall zu bedenken. Wie meistens in Italien ist der Parkplatz sehr eng und man muss sich zweimal überlegen ob man das Auto vor der Abreise nochmal nutzen möchte. In Summe war es dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

Operazione Vacanze

Il posto é molto bello, a due passi dal centro con la differenza che non si sente la confusione delle vie centrali. La cucina é fornitissima di tutto, pentole a volontà ed anche di grandi dimensioni come si richiede per i pasti a base di pesce cosa che non sempre si trova. L'appartamento é grande, due ampie camere e nel bagno si potrebbe giocare a tennis. Sinceramente non é la prima volta che vado a Bibione ma questo é il miglior posto in cui siamo stati. Le piscine sono belle e cosa importe ci batte il sole nelle ore principali.
