Hoffnungslos überheizt, typisch in Ungarn für Fernheizung. Fenster schliessen nicht richtig. Besteck, tassen ausstattung minimalistisch. Matratze zu niedrig für Bettrahmen, bein aufstehen drückt es arg

Přímo před domem krásný park, kousek na metro i do non-stop obchodu s potravinami (v pracovní dny včetně pekařství), nedaleko skvělé koupaliště Dagály. Majitel na naši prosbu rychle doplnil skleničky na víno, které chyběly.
Nefunkční klimatizace (byt se nachází v paneláku, takže je tam v létě opravdu teplo), velmi slabé vybavení kuchyně (od všeho pár kusů a třeba kuchyňské prkénko chybí úplně, pánvička stará skoro nepoužitelná, toustovač opálený), tvrdé staré ručníky, nejlevnější matrace. Je vidět celkový úpadek kvality. Třeba ještě v roce 2020 měl tento apartmán hodnocení 9,5...

Neúčinná klimatizácia, slabé vybavenie kuchyne – chýbalo prkénko na krájanie, pokrievky na hrnce aj cedník na cestoviny.
