The Minimal House

Casa espaçosa, limpa e confortável.

It was very easy to check in and the hosts were accommodating to a prearranged early check in. Bela met us and was very friendly, and provided knowledge of some great places to eat. The apartment is large, well equipped, well decorated and would make a great base for a week of exploring the area as it is located close to some great towns and cities (Obidos, Nazare, Peniche etc). We only stayed one night so didnt make use of all the facilities but there is a well equipped workout room, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, hob and oven all good quality. Even though the building is a typical portuguese build meaning it is colder inside than outside ( a must in a hot central summer) the host provided heaters and the apartment was warm for our stay. The Minimal house is located a very walkable distance from coffee shops restaurants, town centre and supermarkets. (most things to visit like the wineshop museum is only open on weekdays).

Because it is a typical portuguese construction with stone and granite it is difficult to close doors quietly with out it echoing through the apartment, fine during the day but for a night time bathroom break it can wake the other guests. However there is nothing that can be done about this.

Fomos em família com crianças. Apartamento com excelentes áreas , quartos grandes e as camas são super confortáveis. Limpeza excelente. Fomos no Inverno , mas não tivemos frio, pois havia aquecedores em todas as divisões. Quem nos recebeu foi super prestável e simpático. Localização boa e de fácil acesso. Fomos visitar Óbidos e é relativamente perto. Recomendo !
