Perfect for a one night stay without too much comfort

Simple and straight forward with the possibility to eat at the restaurant.

Breakfast only as of 09:00 am - consequently I did not have breakfast at the Hotel but went to a café in Brugg

The hotel is very homie and pretty, the staff is very nice and fun to interact with.

Pleasant

Very convenient location, particularly if you are arriving by train as it is very close to the station. The stuff is quit nice and helpful. The property is in general clean, rooms and shared bathroom.

The place is noisy. There is a smoking on the ground floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, the smell is always present in all the rooms despite the fact that no one smokes in the corridors of the hotel.

Perfekte Lage nah zum Bahnhof

Mein Zimmer hatte zum Nebenzimmer nur eine sehr dünne Wand und der Nachbar im Nebenzimmer hat so laut geschnarcht dass ich kaum schlafen konnte.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Essensportionen können sich sehen lassen.

Zentrale Lage und die Möglichkeit, auch dort zu essen.

Das Haus hat sein Alter und die Wände sind sehr dünn. Man hört genau, was beim Nachbarn im Fernseher läuft. Die Fenster sind auch nicht sehr gut schallisoliert. Aber für die obigen Szenarien gibt‘s ja Ohropax.

Fahrrad-Abstellmöglichkeit in gesondertem Container. Personal engagiert.

Es gab im Hotel das schlechteste Abendessen des gesamten Urlaubs (Formfleisch-Schnitzel und Dosengemüse ohne Gewürz und Raffinesse). Laute Straße und Bahnhofsnähe (Akustik). Laut und andauernd redender Zimmernachbar Abends und Morgens. Keine Toilette im Zimmer.

Il personale è poco disponibile e poco preparato alle richieste del cliente. Livello di pulizia mediocre. Poche prese di corrente per caricare i proprio dispositivi elettronici. Gli odori del ristorante al piano terra entrano nella stanza.

Einfach und alt, aber alles funktioniert, jedoch mit unfreundlicher Gastgeberin

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und alles hat funktioniert, aber sehr alte Einrichtung. Für eine Übernachtung ohne grosse Ansprüche und ohne grossen Hunger ok. Zum Glück ist Brugg ein grösserer Ort, wo man sich problemlos verpflegen kann.

Der Chefin würde ich raten einen Kurs in "Wie empfange ich meine Gäste auf eine freundliche Weise" belegen. Obwohl ich während des Checkin-Fensters ankam, war der Gasthof geschlossen, ich musste während einer halben Stunde 5x die angegebene Telefonnummer anrufen, bis sich endlich jemand meldete, dann wurde ich sehr unfreundlich empfangen, so als würde ich nur stören. Obwohl die Beschreibung ein dazubuchbares Frühstück ankündigt wurde mir dieses nicht angeboten, ich solle in der Bahnhofsbäckerei frühstücken, wenn ich am Morgen etwas essen wolle.

Parcheggio gratuito, e la stazione dei treni a pochi metri.

La sala fumatori sempre con la porta aperta, e poi dopo tutto il fumo veniva su per le scale e puzzava di sigarette ovunque. Camere non isolate per niente, si sentiva la gente russare dalla camera accanto. Pavimento scricchiolante dappertutto. Infissi vecchi e non isolati, sentivi ogni rumore da fuori figuriamoci il passaggio del treno…

La propreté de la chambre, le calme des lieux. Les tenanciers étaient accueillants et disponibles. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare et de la rue marchande.
