部屋が広くて設備も整っている。
室内のお掃除も行き届いていた。
ビーチ用のレンタルタオルなど細やかなサービスがあり、嬉しい
外回りや階段等の照明の暗さやお掃除が若干気になりました。

季節を問わず、長期でも問題なく過ごせる設備でした。家電や設備の故障もなく、wi-fiも快調で部屋での仕事の支障も全くありませんでした。
スーパーマーケットまで500〜600メートルなので、歩いてお買い物に行ける便利な立地です。
駐車場スペースが広く、無料なので、レンタカーを利用する時もなにも心配はありません。
チェックインはこちらが依頼した時間にスタッフさんが待っていてくださり、気持ちよく滞在を始められました。
掃除もしっかりされていました。掃除用品も用意されているので、滞在中に自分たちで掃除することもできました。
経年劣化がある建物なので、新しいホテルのような美しさを求める人には向かないです。実用性重視のグループ向けです。
外階段で2階に上がるので、階段の昇降が難しい人は避けるべきです。

"Convenient location. Two restaurants located within walking distance. Market is a short drive away. Strong AC and washer and dryer in unit definitely a plus. Enough space to park multiple vehicles."
