Schmidt‘s Ferienwohnung

This apartment is beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need, including dishwasher, kitchen tools, pots, pans, etc. Lovely little terrace area outside. The huge tub was amazing! Even though it was a hot weekend, we were never too hot in the apartment as it's a basement apartment and it stayed nice and cool. The host was so warm and kind. She even left a beer in the fridge, coffee & tea, and little snacks for our kids! It's in easy walking distance of a fun playground (key if traveling with kids). If we're ever back in the area, we will be back here!

The apartment is located in a nice quiet residual neighborhood not far from Speyer, quite easy to find. We arrived quite late, but late check-in was possible, and communication with the property was very easy. There is a parking space outside. The apartment is huge and bright. Big living room, big bedroom, big bathroom, nice kitchen. Everything is ideally clean and well-equipped, all facilities are very modern. Plenty of everything in the kitchen, including basic salt-pepper stuff. Very comfortable bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, basic toiletries are included, lots of nice carpets. Comfortable bed and pillows. A lot of attention to details and everything is of high quality. There is a welcoming bottle of water, beer and sekt. :)) We were very happy with this apartment.

One of the best apartments we have ever stayed, we would recommend it to everybody! Just superb! The only thing - located outside of the city, so the car is required to reach it. But the neighborhood is very nice and for us it was very comfortable - so no reservations from our side.

A really nice apartment with a great kitchen and really nice bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and a bath giving you the option of relaxing after a busy day.
