Beautiful four-season, clean, nicely furnished home on Lake Sunapee, NH is available for rent on a weekly basis in the summer and min of 3 nights in Fall/Winter/Spring. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating from 75 feet of lakefront with a private dock on a secluded cove. We have kayaks and a canoe provided for our guests. Located just 5 miles from great skiing and hiking on Mount Sunapee, it also has easy access to I-89.
This home features a cathedral ceiling in the great room with two stories of glass overlooking the lake, plus a lower-level family room with a slider out to the lake. With four bedrooms and three baths on three floors, this home is comfortable for a couple or extended family. Two leather couches, an IKEA queen convertible coach, and plenty of space allow for room to spread out. Great and relaxing lake home on a secluded cove. Plenty of toys - kayaks, canoe, SUP, swim platforms, hammock, etc.

Beautiful property right on the lake with a beautiful view! Also a very nice quiet, tranquil cove with a dock you can swim from and pull a boat up to easily. House was well stocked and had pretty much everything you would need. Plus lots of room with many beds. Carl was a great host - very communicative and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

Pics on line are great and accurate. Place is lovely, warm, cozy and fully stocked and equipped for a vacation stay, summer or winter! Carl was easy, receptive and accommodating! Home had great layout for family.
