Lake Sunapee waterfront – Located in Newbury, NH. Newer construction, furnished 4-bedroom, four-season home for rent with 3.5 baths. Nice country setting. Expansive view of Lake Sunapee. Enjoy this view from your private decks. Access the decks through sliding doors from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Large dock, cabana, and boat dock (20' boat max). Sleeps 10 people. First floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is a screened porch off the dining area. This floor also offers a master bedroom with queen size bed plus private bath with a shower.
Two bedrooms on the second floor offer 2 twin beds in each room. There is also a full bath on this level
There is a walk-out lower level with a bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds), a full bath, and large mud room/laundry room. This level also offers a family room with TV and sliders to the patio.
Additional amenities include phone, cable TV, internet access, DVD, VCR, CD player, washer, dryer, and propane grill.
Guests must provide their own linens (towels and sheets).
Sandy bottom shoreline provides a perfect location for swimming with easy walk in access. Six miles to New London and to Mt. Sunapee. Enjoy the sunsets from this fine property!

We had a wonderful stay in Blodgett's Landing. The house is perfectly situated just off the water with a private dock overlooking the lake. We rented a 20 foot pontoon boat for four days and we were able to keep it at the dock. It was amazing to be able to just step on the boat and explore the lake. The house is comfortable and updated with all the amenities you'd want. Highlights include screened in porch, large deck, well-appointed kitchen, AC in two of the bedrooms, Weber grill, and laundry facilities. We are hoping to return next year!

The house was a great home for the week for the nine of us—two families with 6 teenagers! Loved the screen porch, huge dock area and swimming space for paddle boarding, boating and floating. Great privacy with trees on the lot. Basement had a laundry room which is nice and the best cool air! Main floor we enjoyed the master suite, fully supplied kitchen and dining table and decks. Upstairs did get a bit hot for us with only one ac unit in one of the rooms but it made the lake all the more inviting. Great view, great care taken by Dan and communication. He was always available and accommodating. Thank you Dan for a great week!
